Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Martin Kistner, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Hush is provided as digital content for immediate download, or the license key is delivered by e-mail immediately after purchase. Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

a) expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
b) confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

You give this consent and confirmation during checkout by ticking the corresponding checkbox before completing your purchase.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
